Orders and shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing can take up to 3 business days.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 and usually arrives in 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) and overnight shipping (1 business day) are available for an additional charge. All shipments are insured and trackable. See our full shipping policy.
Do you ship to Canada and other countries?
Yes. We ship across the United States and Canada, and we offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination, and international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All shipments are trackable, and you will receive tracking information once your order ships.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at contact@artossi.com. We will work with you, and with the carrier if needed, to make it right.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the condition you received them, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us at contact@artossi.com to start a return and we will send instructions and a return label if your return is accepted. Read the full refund policy.
Can I return opened beauty or personal care products?
Personal care goods, such as beauty products, are not eligible for return, and neither are sale items or gift cards. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will help.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If it is, you are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may need extra time to post it.

Where are Arganit products made?
Our products are manufactured in Morocco with high-quality ingredients.
How can I tell if argan oil is pure?
Check the ingredient list: pure argan oil should list a single ingredient, argan kernel oil (Argania spinosa). Our 100% pure and natural argan oil comes from the region between Agadir and Essaouira in Morocco. Shop pure argan oil.
What is argan oil used for?
Argan oil is traditionally used to soften and protect skin and hair, and it can also be used on hands, cuticles and dry areas of the body. A few drops are usually enough.
What is Moroccan black soap and how do I use it?
Moroccan black soap, also called beldi soap, is traditionally used in the hammam to cleanse, soften and exfoliate the skin. Apply it to damp skin, leave it for a few minutes, then rinse. What is a kessa glove?
A kessa is a traditional exfoliating glove used in the Moroccan hammam to remove dead skin. Use it on damp skin, ideally after applying black soap, and rinse well. Browse our kessa gloves and spa essentials.
What is rhassoul (ghassoul) clay used for?
Rhassoul clay is a mineral-rich Moroccan clay traditionally used as a mask for skin and as a cleansing treatment for hair. Mix the powder with water to form a smooth paste, apply, then rinse. Find it in our henna and rhassoul collection.
Is your henna natural? Can I use it as a hair dye?
Our Moroccan henna powder is sold as a natural hair dye for all hair types and textures. As with any hair color, we recommend doing a small patch test first and following the directions on the product page. See the henna and rhassoul collection.
What is the difference between argan oil and the Azbane beard oils?
Our pure argan oil is a single-ingredient oil for skin and hair. The Azbane beard oils use an argan-based formula with added scents such as cedarwood and nutmeg, tobacco and patchouli, or vanilla and tobacco. Explore argan oils and men's grooming.
How should I store my products?
Keep oils and powders in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the lid closed tightly.
Do you test for allergies or sensitivities?
We recommend a patch test before first use of any new product, and avoiding contact with eyes. If you have known allergies or a skin condition, check the ingredient list on the product page or ask your healthcare provider.
